1. How do I place an order?

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders usually ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

3. My tracking number is not working

It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to appear in the carrier's system. Occasionally, a carrier may lose an order. If the tracking number is still invalid within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

4. I need help with a late order

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days (domestic) and 20 working days (international), please contact our team and we will be happy to assist you.
