Return Policy

Receipt exchange can only be used within 14 days from the date of purchase and when fully ready to sell. With few exceptions, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.

Once the transaction is completed, the customer agrees to pay the price specified in the order.

From time to time we offer various discounts through promotions. To be fair to all customers, we will not adjust prices for orders not placed during the promotion period. If you have more information about your order, please contact our customer service team.

Final sales, customs clearance items and customs orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.

Forex transactions require the original sales receipt. If the original was purchased with a credit card, the same credit card must be presented upon return or exchange.

Gift cards, special orders, discounts (including promotions and merchandise), gift purchases, and altered jewelry are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable): We will only replace defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us with details of your return.
Refund (if applicable): Once we have received and checked your tax return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your tax return. We will also notify you if you agree to a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable): If you did not receive a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take a while for the refund to be officially announced. Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing period before a refund is announced. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

To initiate a return, please return your item to the address provided by our team within 14 calendar days of shipment. Once shipped, please contact our customer support team to confirm the return.
